Main Channel Grill & Lodging in Lansing

Always visit at least once while staying in Lansing Iowa. Love it in the summer when you can sit out and have a great view of the Mississippi River. On a side note if you like shrimp I definitely recommend theirs I'm very picky about my shrimp but I was pleasantly surprised! Great place for lunch or supper!

The Chicken Fettuccine was amazing, but my server Daynuh was even better!!

Such a cute place to stay right in the heart of Lansing, IA. Convenient, clean, and quiet! Two good sized bedrooms, nice bathroom, cozy living room and kitchenette area. We will stay again. The restaurant is newly remodeled and they've taken such care with all the details. Delicious fish fry!!

Delicious food and lovely service! I wanted to try many items on the menu, but stuck with a friend's favorite. The chicken salad on cranberry bread is awesome! It was a really nice experience.

I had the BEST ribeye I have ever eaten at Main Channel! Great atmosphere, wonderful waitress, sparkling bathrooms. I cannot recommend it enough.

Local place with nice menu selection and good prices. Love the Pork Tenderloin. Good Ribeye steak. Large portions, usually take home to enjoy later.

Have been in the last 2 mos. Menu change was disappointed they no longer have a ceasar salad on menu, but bone in steak ribery was excellent! Cooked perfect med rare. Plenty of food you do not go out wanting more. Romantic little diner dim lighting, booths or tables nice 1st date quite can talk. Have a cocktail very pleasant waitress

Cute, clean little restaurant. The food was great and low prices. Service we had was fantastic! Highly recommended. Granted, we were there at 2pm, but food was delivered very quick. My picky daughter even enjoyed the place, service, and food. Will definitely be going back when in town.

Steaks were done to perfection. Shrimp had excellent flavor! Wait staff was on tap! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Love the mac and cheese

Love this place! Charming atmosphere and the waitresses are friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is priced well and they have somewhat unique selections. Love the signature mac & cheese sandwich!

Ate here on Valentine's Day. Hubby had the 6oz sirloin and bacon wrapped shrimp special, he shared the shrimp with me and it was delicious! I ordered the grilled pork chops with green beans. The pork chops were were done perfectly and had really good flavor. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere is good. I would recommend this place :)

Any time we go on an extended motorcycle ride we stop here for lunch. Chicken salad sandwich on cranberry bread is yummy!

Our red hat ladies went for lunch. Excellent food. I had the turkey on cranberry bread and sweet potato. Also love their shrimp dinner.

It is a wonderful restaurant! Cozy atmosphere, great service, delicious food.It the cold months their shrimp bisque is the best comfort food. The portions are more then generous, the service is top notch. Try the baked ravioli appetizers! A definite must visit in Lansing Iowa!
